• Managing all production and project workflows and projects using a CRM system (Daylite) to maintain a high level of efficiency and deliver consistent, outstanding quality, ensuring post-production resources are never in depletion, anticipating any potential delays or shortfalls.
• Managing clients database and regularly update relevant information.
• Establishing photo and film production, colour grading budgets and timelines.
• Analysing, preparing and sending contracts to all freelance Photo Editors, Film Editors and Film Colourists.
• Managing all communications between the studio team and post-production freelancers (Photo Editors, Film Editors, Film Colourists)
• Supervising and approving photo editing and advanced retouching, as well as film colour grading.
• Managing talent recruitment for all areas of photo and film post-production to maintain full availability of resources to meet current and anticipated future demand.
• In conjunction with Studio manager, follow up client requests and act as the first hand support to Studio management.
• In conjunction with Studio manager, managing all post-event communications and distribution of deliverables to clients.
• Managing all data storage, backup and project archival processes.
• Receiving and reviewing RAW photo and film material, preparing ingest reports and backing up RAW files.
• Storage management, project setup and editor allocations.
• Organise office layout and maintain supplies of stationary and equipment in general.
• Supporting the studio management when needed
