From pixels to print I love a challenge. I thrive on experimentation and delivering creative tailor-made solutions that suit user needs and exceed the client’s goals.
A strong advocate of the Human Centered Design approach, Design Thinking and Attention Driven Design methodologies, I’m well versed in prototyping, crafting beautiful UI and working in close collaboration with planning and development teams.
I also have a solid background and extensive experience in designing for print, branding, campaign strategy, art direction and ideation.
As of February 2019 I've relocated to Amsterdam and am currently seeking out new opportunities.
Projects
- The Fostering NetworkThe Fostering Network is the UK’s leading fostering charity. My team and I worked with them to create a tool that would enable young people to reclaim the term ‘in care’ and change public perceptions of what being in care really means. Chances are you’ve probably heard young people who grow up in foster care are more likely to go to prison than university, but what is less talked about is all the fantastic things – big or small - that care leavers have gone on to achieve.

As Senior Designer, I was responsible for digital design solutions that spanned across digital campaigns – including websites, apps, social content and email - all whilst championing great UX and UI design.
I've was actively involved in pitches, scoping workshops, leading project teams and mentoring junior designers. Having worked across many different sectors from international blue chip companies to arts and culture organisations, I know what it's like to wrestle between the needs of the user and the stakeholders to drive up the standards of digital creativity whilst meeting business objectives.

The work won the award for Best Digital/Social Media Strategy at The Drum Scottish Creative Awards and Best Exhibition and Collection Extension at the GLAMi Awards.
I also developed and designed a campaign and web app for The Fostering Network, a leading UK charity. I helped them to surpass their social engagement target with a reach of 175%.
