An enthusiastic and highly efficient Fashion Design Graduate from Birmingham City University, I am always thriving for ways to achieve success in my work. I am an individual who naturally works well under pressure, a skill my course in Fashion Design has helped to excel and develop. I am an innovative, fast-learning and passionate individual offering capabilities that can contribute to the success of a team. With high aspirations of entering the fashion industry, my focus on menswear design and practice has enabled me to acquire artistic skills and I am eager to further develop my illustrative and technical skills to advance within the industry.

    Natural OccurrencesNatural Occurrences is inspired by artist Jonathan Jiminez interests in textures found in buildings and other areas. This collection showcases traditional menswear with subtle hardware detailing. Prints represent the textures found within our surroundings.

    All Traces Of ManAll Traces Of Man explores the definitive relationship between industrialism and nature. Creating an environment where nature and industrial elements are appreciated. This collection displays a mixture of traditional menswear tailoring alongside elements of sportswear, to coincide with the flexibility of nature. The collection showcase the manipulation of fabric to recreate corrugated metal, also involving prints and knitwear influenced by nature.

    Megan Crook Textiles helped to develop my skills as a designer and manufacturer. I was lucky to learn a lot of new skills as well as improve key skills that I learnt during my first and second year of university. My role consisted of carrying out production and cutting tasks efficiently. Fabric sourcing, experience with stretchy and heavy fabrics, as well as improving my skills on industrial sewing, and overlocker machines.
