I am a fresh graduate who recently completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree with the Major of Film Producing where I achieved a Cum Laude grade. I studied, grew up and went to school in Cape Town South Africa, however my family originates from Switzerland. After graduation I have decided to seek work in the UK. I matriculated from a private school in Cape Town and continuously involved myself in theatre and sport. My passion is dancing which I did throughout high school and competed nationally and internationally. I spent my weekends working shifts at a retail jewellery and accessory store. During my student years I tool up weightlifting as a sport and involved myself in student jobs to learn and get experience. I started my own high school freelance tutor service. I tutored Mathematics, Sciences and English to various grades for three and a half years. In addition to this I worked as a bartender for festivals as well as high-end events. My final graduation film which I produced was ambitious however successful and won many awards from my college. The story for it was a passion project for my crew, we believe in everything it portrays and I look forward to contributing to the UK film industry with the same passion.
Projects
- ORIEL (2019)Award winning graduation short film that I produced. Was comprised of a comprehensive budget, crew and cast of 30 people, all scenes filmed on a remote location with catering and accommodation. Main cast were kids under the age of 11. Received 7 nominations and won 5 awards including the Best Film Award in November 2019.
