Bloomsbury Digital Fashion Library project in partnership with Yoox Net-a-Porter groupFrom August 2018 - April 2019 I worked for the online luxury fashion retail group, Yoox Net-A-Porter Group. Ranging from the early 1980s to 2010, Net-A-Porter acquired one of the largest archives of fashion show footage and worked in conjunction with the online fashion library - Bloomsbury. As an effort to make this archive accessible to students and academics, Net-A-Porter were tasked with uploading annotated footage to the Bloomsbury online library and so they recruited students and graduates

    E-Commerce Brand SpecialistRokit Vintage
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
I was appointed as an e-commerce brand specialist for the London based vintage clothing company Rokit. As an e-commerce brand specialist, my main duties were to set and oversee the price points for all the clothing online as well as recognising vintage, branded and designer garments and efficiently seeing them through the production process. Further to moderating the prices, I was also tasked with writing engaging and well researched product descriptions in order to ensure accurate and in-depth information was provided for the customer. These factors included, the size and fit, the materials used, the brand name, styling notes, background history or about certain pieces or brands and its country of origin. Working as an e-commerce brand specialist has allowed me to gain a broad understanding of the level of research and information required to create interesting and compelling products for customers to interact with.

Sales AssociateKurt Geiger Ltd, Liberty London
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
I worked as a full-time sales associate for the footwear and accessories company Kurt Geiger within the prestigious London department store Liberty. During my time here I had the opportunity to handle products from luxury brands who are at the forefront of today’s fashion world such as Gucci, Balenciaga and Alexander McQueen. I was also allocated the responsibility of choosing which shoes go on the menswear department display mannequins, this allowed me to also work creatively and collaboratively with the visual merchandising team in order to create certain looks that portray a vision or idea. As well as making sure the space in which we worked looked presentable, I was also expected to provide an excellent customer service, possessing decorum to ensure a pleasant customer experience and one that will hopefully bring them back.
