    Expanding sync business in the UK and Europe for a large catalog comprised of master recordings and/or compositions from 35+ independent labels and artists. • Cultivating and developing partnerships with music supervisors, advertising executives, trailer houses, and other potential music licensors. • Utilizing deep knowledge of the catalog to fulfill incoming briefs from music supervisors. • Negotiating terms and securing approvals from all involved parties (co-publishers, artists). • Ensuring timely fulfillment of music placement needs to meet demanding production schedules. • Supervising metadata, writer splits and contact info making relevant information easily accessible. • Overseeing marketing initiatives for catalog projects (mail-outs, social posts, samplers, event invites). • Exploring bespoke composition opportunities for the !K7 management clients. • Liaising with the sync team, artists, A&R and management to identify new potential signings and evaluate sync opportunities.
