artists and corporate clients. Musically obsessed, a team player and entrepreneurial, I am

Expanding sync business in the UK and Europe for a large catalog comprised of master
recordings and/or compositions from 35+ independent labels and artists.
• Cultivating and developing partnerships with music supervisors, advertising executives, trailer
houses, and other potential music licensors.
• Utilizing deep knowledge of the catalog to fulfill incoming briefs from music supervisors.
• Negotiating terms and securing approvals from all involved parties (co-publishers, artists).
• Ensuring timely fulfillment of music placement needs to meet demanding production schedules.
• Supervising metadata, writer splits and contact info making relevant information easily accessible.
• Overseeing marketing initiatives for catalog projects (mail-outs, social posts, samplers, event
invites).
• Exploring bespoke composition opportunities for the !K7 management clients.
• Liaising with the sync team, artists, A&R and management to identify new potential signings and
evaluate sync opportunities.

- Nominated for Best Sync Team - at the Music Week UK Sync Awards 2017 and 2018.
- Syncs and bespoke compositions secured for Apple, Mc Donald's, BT Sport, Lancôme, Sky TV,
The National Lottery, Wimbledon 2017 Trailer, F&F, Amazon, Netflix and more.
- 30% growth of the sync business in the UK and France.
- Launched and supervised the !K7 Library project in collaboration with Publicis to deliver a high-quality one-stop music library.
- Designed and implemented a new system for hosting and tagging music content, resulting in
improved client service and search speed.

• Working with artists and managers, delivering strategic and innovative digitally-focused marketing

• Youtube overall strategy and channel development, advertising and marketing.
• Working closely with the sales teams in local & international markets to leverage the best results
with key DSPs.
• Liaising with artist and management to assess artists web presence as well as creating “digital
health checks” and best practices.
• Using consumer data and research to identify new opportunities and approaches and implementing
them within the marketing and promotion teams.
• Reviewing and analyzing data across social, digital retail, streaming and content hosting services
