About me
Zack, started at Gaucho at the age of 15 and has worked across the hospitality sector in almost all FOH departments, from pot wash to sommelier. After 8 years at Gaucho, Zack left to join M Restaurants as Wine Director with previous MD and now CEO Martin Williams. After joining M, a shift into management saw Zack lead M’s flagship restaurant as Restaurant Director at only 25, where he was recognised in awards such as Harpers ‘Sommelier Of The Year’ and ‘Best New Restaurant’. As M grew into a multi-site operation, Zack took over Operations for M where his relationship building and partnership creating skills have lead him to his current role as Business Development Director for Rare.
