•Co-ordination and management of contracts up to a value of £10m. •Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects to support tendering of new projects. •Support new business pitch meetings. •Writing detailed and summarised project progress reports. •Management of teams between 4 - 10 people.
•Assessing patients’ needs and recommending a suitable method of treatment. •Carrying out 1:1 sessions with clients, including relapse prevention and pyscho-education. •Use of psychological scales and cognitive assessment methods. •Observing clients for any changes in character, mood or behavior.
• Managing over 40 high-end properties in the UK and abroad. •Marketing properties (engaging agents, dressing properties). •First port of call for clients to deal with queries. •Dealing with check-ins, inventories, contracts, insurance, utilities and remedial works.
