I thrive in opportunities where I can unite creativity and structure, where operations meet people. I have experience in multiple industries integrating my creative background and efficiency with strategic thinking and operational decision-making to deliver impact.
I’m an E,D & I advocate - it’s part of my daily work and life. Passionate about developing programming to educate and embed diverse and inclusive behaviours in cultures. I have no issue with challenging the status quo and will deliver receipts!
Developing business operations and D&I programmes that are successfully scalable and productive is what gets me moving. My inherent inclination for coordination, resolution and change management makes me a skilled operative. That brilliant moment when everything comes together, works and is well received, is as gratifying as having executed 32 perfect fouettés for your audience. Some feelings never leave you, and my love for creativity never will.
Being industry-agnostic, wanting to learn and engage with as much as possible whilst on this journey, my experiences empower me to bring something more to each company I work with and leave a little sprinkle of goodness.
