Coordinated GM Windows and was responsible for Casual Men's departments at White City (Hero Store), this store has some of the biggest windows within the business meaning creativity and innovate interpretation of Window Phase briefs was often needed. Worked closely with Regional Window Coordinator in pre/post phase changes to plan strategies and to review and evaluate once complete. Participated in floor walks with VM team to review product placement, merchandising, standards and POS in store, to achieve creative, intriguing and effective VM. Managed VM team regarding all window phase implementations to ensure phase changes were completed to a high standard and that relevant styling fulfilled the brief. Provided training to fellow VMs for Windows. BELU Water is a Social Enterprise and FMCG, who give all profits to WaterAid and have won several awards for ethical and green issues.This was a 6 month Graduate Placement where I assisted Head of Marketing with event planning, strategy, scheduling meetings, team calendar management, data analysis, trade show coordination and preparing presentations to client proposals (both B2B and B2C). I managed all social media platforms, creating marketing strategies, content and forming online collaborations with our brand partners such as Hard Rock Cafe and Gail Bakery.
