Merchandising & Production AssistantLiberty
Assisted Head of Merchandising/Planning to ensure 90% of continuity lines were in stock at all times. I created weekly sale reports on performance vs LW/LY to senior managers and to distribute within the business, noting best sellers, areas for improvement and any relevant patterns/trends by analysis of sales data. I also worked closely with Production, managing delivery schedule and working to the Critical Path to predict any potential issues. Collaborated with several PA's and departments (PR, VM, Marketing, Buying/Merch with 30+ team members) to coordinate meetings and to support senior managers and department teams to ensure the smooth running of the Company. Liaised with external clients such as Bloomingdales, Neimen Marcus and David Jones to manage successful brand delivery. Worked closely with warehouse to manage customer deliveries and to ensure all orders were fulfilled within their delivery window. Provided all Customer Service for customers of Liberty London Wholesale. Raised PO's, Orders and managed invoicing for Retail and Wholesale customers, working closely with Finance and Accounts. Compiled competitor analysis for Product Development team and Design Studio when needed. Managed stationery budget for team and ordered materials when needed. Managed all sample cupboards, monitoring their movements to limit stock loss and managed internal Photo Studio and external photographers to ensure new collections were shot prior to launch. Provided project support including preparing and maintaining contacts, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, preparing presentations, proofreading, managing image library, digital filing and document control. In addition, I developed existing processes (project management) within M3 Lawson (MRP systems) that will be used throughout various teams and provided training; therefore improving productivity and to create increased efficiency within teams. Fire Warden and First Aid At Work Level 1 trained.

Set up a network of brands and designers as merchants on the platform, and this was a new area of the business where I was brought on to manage and provide a new revenue stream for the business. Sourced emerging brands and designers in fashion, beauty and home markets for this fashion-based tech start-up. Built new processes for the platform to improve efficiency and build brand strategies for clients. Curated strong relationships and client management of brands. Produced pitches for partnerships and business development opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales Director and COO. Attended various Press Events, Trade Shows and Season reviews for networking and promoting the app. Monitored website performance and implemented improvements to increase traffic and sales. Managed creative briefs and worked with marketing, design, CRM and Social Media teams to ensure successful campaign implementation via affiliates, events, promotions and PR. Evaluated creative briefs once complete to provide important feedback to improve future briefs and campaigns. Created creative content and brand strategies to be used on app and website and provide relevant online media for target audience. Coordinated LFW events, managing brands who participated (finalising commission, rates, contracts, T&C's, logistics, operations etc). Managed online merchandising on the app store. Ran weekly sales reports and prepared key findings to team management meetings, using SEO data and Google Analytics. Saleforce trained.
