About me
I think good design realizes the potential of any space. It involves considered choices teamed with a sense of bravery. As an Architect, I have a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. Colour palette, material choice, and finishes are all equally important – each element is essential to creating one cohesive look that is both resolved and innovative. I think spaces truly work when the balance is created through contrast. They should tell a story about the people who inhabit them. I spent 9 years working as an Architect. I worked both in Interior and Exterior spaces. Having completed a Bachelor of Architecture from Khulna University, I am formally educated and trained in an industry that I absolutely love. I also have a diploma in professional Interior Design from 'The British College of Interior Design'. The practice of yoga and meditation for several years brought me closer to the concept of creating Zen in spaces. I found out about Feng shui in the process of bringing Zen, and I started to apply it in my own surroundings. Mixing the essence of Feng Shui in Interiors changed the game in each design in a positive manner. These positive changes inspired me to add feng shui to Interior Design and help people who feel uncomfortable in their spaces and feel that this has to do with the atmosphere or energy of that space.
