About me
I'm currently looking for an opportunity (perm or freelance) within a production / producer role. I'm enthusiastic and ambitious person, passionate about protecting the integrity of the creative while ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. I live and breathe production and have worked on and delivered many projects for digital experiences, film, radio advertising, video, print and experiential for over 11 years. I’ve been a Production Manager and a Producer for over 7 years where content is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve managed and collaborated with high level clients, stakeholders, directors, designers, editors, project / production managers and film crew members. I'm experienced working with budgets, complex timelines and hiring resource, making sure delivery is on time and leading teams, as well as providing PCA’s at the end of a campaign. In my most recent role as Senior Production Manager and Content Producer at Mediacom, my production highlights included; Facebook/Gucci - AR experience, Fanta’s VR experience, Audi - video adverts, British Gas - interactive game (as well as animation) and JD Sports / Millets and radio adverts. Throughout my career, I have supported apprentices, juniors and colleagues, advising and implementing various processes and systems i.e. using Trello or Basecamp and creating SOW and deliverables documents. It is important to understand how departments and individuals learn and works, making sure the communications are clear to help individuals grow, for example how to assess situations such as risks or new opportunities and potential next steps. I have completed a Certificate in Management 1 year course (at South Bank University) learning skills regarding managing and leading various teams and situations, how to coach and mentor.     I was hired by Waste Creative Agency to manage an advertising campaign project for Nintendo. We were asked to create, produce and deliver (from scratch) adverts and social content promoting the 2-3 Nintendo Switch games within 4 weeks. We delivered across National Rail OOH, TFL LCD screens, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter content. My role included budget negotiations, ideation, concept approval, photo shoot production, copy and final executions for all content. This included time plan negotiations and approval processes with all parties including Nintendo (UK and EU team), National Rail services and TFL.
