I like making films and telling stories, and in particular, making films that change perception, that make an impact and encourage people to think laterally.
Working alongside in-house production, post production, editorial, social and account teams to create content for brands. I manage projects from initial stage, to production and final delivery, making sure creative and production are aligned, and that it is delivered on time and on budget. My experience in production has ranged from very small scale; quick turn around projects to bigger shoots managing several departments in a high-pressure environment. I often work directly with clients, and have been the key point of contact for several brands in order to create a consistent workflow. Responsibilities include: - working across multiple projects and overseeing production for video and integrated projects - scoping, managing and reconciling budgets for projects, fees and retainers - key production point of contact for specific clients - overseeing creative development from initial brief to sign off, ensuring it is aligned with the brand and is achievable within a set budget - booking internal resource for creative, design, editorial and social teams - client liaison and attending key meetings - negotiating with suppliers - booking talent, locations, crew and kit - creating timing plans and managing schedules - producing on set - booking, briefing and overseeing post production - footage licensing - final delivery
