I've been working full time for Essential Trading as their in-house graphic designer. This is the first role where I have had creative control from start to finish. I was bought in too Essential to try and rapidly catch the company up to modern standards of design and advertising. I've spent the last six months creating and enforcing a set of brand guidelines and standards for social campaigns, and redesigned the packaging for over 20 products to ensure a more cohesive brand. Helping a 40 year old co-operative with more than 180 members has been an amazing experience and I have learnt more about team communication, organisation and project management in the last year that I thought possible.

Since closing my print company to pursue other career opportunities, I have
been working freelance as a designer for small and large organisations. This
has included branding for a local florist and designing in-house for Byron
Burgers. I have also been working as a photographer at SLOWE, a platform for
women in sport, alongside developing my own personal projects.
