Product and Experience Designer, with over 10 years of user advocacy in all aspects of digital design, development and strategy. Practicing my craft with a holistic view of the business and user. Throughout my design and development roles, I have created compelling, human centred design through research, prototyping and lean agile iteration.
Responsible for all Style.com consumer and back office feature discovery and lean ux iteration. I supported the Chief Product Officer in establishing a culture of empathy; advocating for the user to all levels of management. Lead UX designer for search, personalisation, content management machine learning, browser performance and Mirakl/Hybris marketplace integrations. Acting product owner for “The Shopping Layer (TSL)”, Conde Nast’s web based content and commerce solution on vogue.co.uk and gq-magazine.co.uk. I developed the value proposition, motion design, user tested prototypes and production front end UI which supported 180K+ daily sessions. I used design thinking and communicated through sketch, rapid prototypes, video and presentation.
Using motion design for the meaningful interpretation of health informatics. Pitching concepts via wire-frames, annotated flat designs, animations and coded high-fidelity prototypes. Used Lean UX principles to test variations from a single “happy” path with mock data, to using real user-data with rich interactive visuals.
Designing engaging interfaces, social and international event media for the Stylus acquired fashion, retail and emerging technology events company.
