Responsible for all Style.com consumer and back office feature discovery and lean ux iteration. I supported the Chief Product Officer in establishing a culture of empathy; advocating for the user to all levels of management. Lead UX designer for search, personalisation, content management machine learning, browser performance and Mirakl/Hybris marketplace integrations. Acting product owner for “The Shopping Layer (TSL)”, Conde Nast’s web based content and commerce solution on vogue.co.uk and gq-magazine.co.uk. I developed the value proposition, motion design, user tested prototypes and production front end UI which supported 180K+ daily sessions. I used design thinking and communicated through sketch, rapid prototypes, video and presentation.
