Attending International Art Fairs to discuss Cromwell Place with new galleries and maintaining timely communication amongst the Directors. ● Producing Proposals for potential clients, managing invoices and payment of signed up clients and liaising with Directors to ensure they are kept up to date on the status of their application. ● Calculating estimated annual revenue for the company and producing data analysis to present to the Board ● Diary management and scheduling of meetings for Managing Director and Membership Director ● Updating brochure and liaising with design team as building plans change. ● Liaising with Interior Designers and Caterers prior to a decision being made for their permanent employment. ● Holding site visits of the building for potential and existing members ● Single-handedly managing CRM & general office management.
