About me
I am a Geography undergraduate student in my penultimate year of study with a vested interest in current affairs. I am seeking an internship to gain invaluable experience and build up my portfolio.
My interest in the power of visual arts in marketing rhetoric has been a a key driving force for me to learn more. During a previous marketing internship, I created digital content such as Infographics and posters for the company's social media platforms. I produced digital banners and wrote press releases for media events as well. While working as a sales associate in fashion retail, I collaborated with the store manager and received informal training on visual merchandising, deepening my knowledge on the role of visuals in marketing. During promotional photo shoots for a fashion retail company, I collaborated with the marketing team and received informal training on how to curate a social media feed to reach an even wider audience.
I have excellent communication skills and a passion for anything I do. Team work has been central to all of my past jobs. I work well under minimum supervision, and am able to work effectively under pressure while not turning a blind eye to detail. I am reliable, motivated, and a team player.
I look forward to learning as much as I can from any role I receive, and to contribute my absolute best.
