Events based arts project-titled COCKTAIL taking place in Bristol and Plymouth over August/September 2014 run by myself and fellow artist Lucie Akerman. Duties included: • Delivery and development of the final series of events and an exhibition for this 3 year collaborative project • Liaising with the 10 other artists and the host institution over the production and development of works • Booking Musicians and relevant help for the project • Managing the budgets as well as sourcing funding and sponsorship partners • Organising the design, promotion and documentation and online aspects of the project • Working with my collaborator to effectively share workload and tasks • Producing a successful funding application with Arts Council England
I was employed to provide temporary support in creating an effective logging system for all incoming and outgoing expenses incurred through the bar and club. Duties included: • Using Sage Accounting programme to log and process the companies invoices • Chasing up payments and informing management of payment deadlines • Liaising between clients and management on the phone and over email • Filing and archiving past invoices and liaising with the accountant
