About me
My current position is Creative Producer at Tommy Hilfiger, responsible for the
end-to-end production of Marketing Material, including all Ecommerce shoots and videos, Seasonal Market Launch videos, social content and events video content. I am involved in the strategy and creative concepting of all my shoots with relevant stakeholders, to full production. This includes budget management, sourcing, casting and booking creative talent through to post-production, routing approvals and final delivery. With the experience I gained at The Yoox Net-A-Porter Group as Video Producer, I am predominantly allocated all moving content production. Also, being based at Tommy Hilfiger’s Global Head Office in Amsterdam, I have had the opportunity to greatly develop my network of production companies, talent and model agents throughout Europe, New York and LA.
I have over nine years worth of production experience in the fashion industry and am still learning and loving it!

• Planning of current & future projects from a resource perspective
• Managing creative and studio workflow. Planning, scheduling reviews and routing approvals and feedback with project stakeholders
• Responsibility for deadlines. Compiling timing plans, keeping the team updated as projects progress and seeking to resolve issues before problems arise
• Responsibility for project budgets, estimating costs, raising purchase orders and handling invoice queries
• Handling creative adaptations including sub-titling/voice overs and editing
• Evaluating all aspects of imagery production and constantly seeking out efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day workflow, identifying and driving forward potential improvements and implementing them.
• Facilitate the approval and sign off of final assets prior to final release
• Ensuring accuracy in final delivery
• Pre-production including, casting and booking creative talent, locations, production teams, styling, travel bookings and estimating costs
• Co-ordinating pre-prod meetings and routing all approvals of creative concepts prior to shooting
• Shoot logistics and attendance, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled
• Negotiating usages, costs and timings. Management of shoot budgets, ensuring production estimates are approved by budget holders before incurring costs
• Post-production including retouching, editing, producing master files and adaptations/versions
• Key contact to production teams and end responsible for deadlines and budgets
