Any advice for a junior creative wanting to get a start in her career? I'm not sure where exactly to look for a job or where to start.
I'd love to find an assistant job or an entry level job that would give me the experience I need to get a start in my career. I have a BA in Visual Communication and Design, and a BA Open Degree in Graphic Design but I would love to be a Marketing assistant or a Design assistant.
It would be key if I could have a learning position as, unfortunately, the last position I was in promised me guidance and learning possibilities and upon request I got nothing as it was 'not a priority'.
Looking mainly for remote jobs but am open for Worldwide and Europe opportunities, provided it would be sponsored and would have bureucratic assisting with moving to another country.
Any advice or feedback would be massively appreciated!

- @Cathy at The Dots Thank you so much for you feedback, Cathy! Really appreciate it :)How do you go on about having a professional mentor you?Apologies for the question, newbie here. :)
- @Mako Ma Nothing beats it, but given the instability these days, I believe starting with a remote opportunity would be best; moving forward with the opportunity of, whenever things better, an open opportunity to go work at the physical space will also be there.I'm not excluding it, in the slightest. Nothing beats being with the people in the actual physical space. :)Unfortunately I crossed paths with one that did not have any internal training structure in place though promising otherwise in the interview; all you can do is learn from these experiences.Thank you so much for your feedback! :)
- Most companies has a structual intern training where it can lead you into a fulltime role. The issue you will face is the remote work, which is rare and to really learn, there is nothing better than been in the studio/office.
