Any tips/advice on finding junior jobs and placements in the advertising industry?
I'm part of a creative team actively looking for work. We've tried the classic routes of applying for jobs on the vacancies pages and emailing agencies direct but there's a disheartening silence when it comes to getting any replies from them. Is this just what it's like or is there a route we haven't discovered yet?
