It would suit an Editor, Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Creative Director or Art Director. You would be spending your time in friendly and personal surroundings, having a lot of freedom to curate your own working environment. You would also have 24h access and office keys, your name on the door, some shelf storage, high-speed internet, a big printer and a loads of paper sample books and opportunity to host meetings / exhibitions / workshops.
