As a creative what situations do you encounter where you struggle to be assertive?
We have developed some free courses especially for creatives on how to be more assertive and are looking to hear from you about your practical experiences where you might find this difficult. - @Amy Montague That's really interesting Amy. Thank you for your thoughts on this. I can see how this difference of approach could create a tension.
- I personally struggle with clashing ideas when talking to c-level people. Creatives usually focus more on meaning through design and audience engagement but some c-level people focus on the hard-sell, which can isolate the audience and ruin a design.
