I am an organizational psychologist, interested in leadership in both orthodox and unorthodox organizations. I am also the co-host, along with my daughter of the Cult Hackers podcast where we explore cult related topics, interview experts, academics, survivors and ex-members to try to crack the cult code.

- Cult Hackers Podcast: ”Feeling like a misfit”: Creative Struggles and Triumphs with Witness UndergroundThe filmmaker Scott Homan along with some of his team joined me on the Cult Hackers podcast to talk about his film, Witness Underground. It's a feature length documentary about an indie record label, Nuclear Gopher, created by a group of young members of a coercively controlling group. Passion for music, struggles to hold a belief, leaving and experiencing shunning by friends and family are all themes explored in this film.
