Body Talk is looking for an editorial designer to collaborate in creating the 3rd issue of BodyTalk zine: The Sensitive Issue!
Key Responsibilities-
- Assisting in aligning submissions
- Using your skills in layout, communication design and typography for designing an impactful zine
Skills and Experience-
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in editorial design or creating magazines
- Expert in Adobe CS, especially InDesign and Illustrator
- Ability to create conceptual layouts as per type of content
- You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates editorial graphic design work
Personal Attributes-
- A keen interest in editorial design
- Passionate about topics under Mental Health and Body Image
- Team player and enjoy collaborating
- Can work with speed and precision
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy experimenting and trying new things
Being a non-profit, this is an unpaid collaboration however you will be credited and promoted through all our platforms.
I am also open to skill swapping!
This project is for a month (August), but since the work will be divided, you might finish it sooner.
