Brand Researcher Needed (Beauty Industry)

I'm in early-stage talks with a potential client that is struggling to convert customers, even with a high rate of traffic coming to their site (organically and paid).

I'm looking for a brand researcher with a strong background in the beauty industry to help.

This project will not have a design deliverable initially, so research skills are more what I'm looking for. :)
