- That' it, does the creative industry know about Scrum? My coding friends used to talk about their experiences of how productive it was, that's when I chimed in.I did a Scrum Certificate recently. The total basics of Scrum are to build a team made of one expert from each discipline, a designer, copywriter, front and back end developer all working towards a product owner's idea.The Scrum Master is like the project manager / facilitator, checking in, helping teams through sprints, helping the teams get their tasks done in a visual way using a chart.The whole process is game-ify, it helps everyone contribute ideas and overcome problems together.https://www.scrumalliance.org/
