Freelance designer advise
Hi guys! I am quite new to freelancing so I was wondering if you can give me an advise. When you get hired by a company on a freelance short-term contract, let's say 2 months, do you usually have a notice period? I am just thinking if for any reasons I would like to interrupt the services for this company would I be able to do so?

- Yes, usually there should be an agreement on both sides. It's also worth considering a cancellation fee in your contract so that you are not left without an income if they were to break contract for some reason
- It depends on the contract between the two parts but usually yes, there's a notice period. Once I worked with a 5 months contract with one month notice (for the Consultant-Freelancer, the Company could terminate the contract immediately)
