Graphic Designer (( PAID )) Need a graphic designer from the African/Caribbean diaspora to create a pattern as a central design across web.

I am keen to find a graphic designer from the African/Caribbean diaspora to create a pattern (possibly in a few different colour schemes) as a central design across webpages/press materials for a project. It needs to really encapsulate the essence of the project which is about the reinterpretation of public statuary. The commission is for £500. We are keen to work with someone with an understanding of West African/Caribbean symbology that could be woven into the pattern, creating a powerful statement design. Work to be done in January/early Feb. If anyone could recommend someone for this piece of work, then please ask them to send their CV and some examples or a link to their work by Friday 26th January.
