- Hi Ed, are still in need of help? I'm a set design/ art department assistant but happy to take on a role as a production assistant/ runner on set! I am based in South London and currently work on a freelance basis as a studio technician at made.com and assistant for set designer Dora Miller. Both roles have involve building sets, sourcing and fabricating props, scenic painting, set décor and dressing, styling, adjusting artwork and renders, contacting suppliers for events and photoshoots for Selfridges, Ikea, Nike, Adidas, Converse Puma, Ella Eyre, Latitude and Wilderness festival. Prior to this I worked in house as a Production Assistant for Shoot Europe, a stills and motion production company for fashion, sports and advertising.
