Have you previously worked as a creative and are looking to come back after a career break? Applications now open!

Reset for inclusive workforces. Our May 17-28th 10-day programme is back, here to support up to 30 women, non-binary and gender non-conforming people back into creative industries and is free to attend, open to anyone who has previously worked as a creative (art director, copywriter, designer or similar role) in the advertising, marketing and design industry, providing bridges back into employment. We will make sure you are armed with the tools, knowledge and confidence to help you secure full-time or freelance employment in today’s evolving job market.

Creative Equals’ partner, Eileen Hanna, Diageo’s UK Head of Standard Scotch and Lifestyle Whiskies says: ‘We believe the most inclusive and diverse cultures makes for better creativity; we need this now more than ever.’‘

We hear many creative women who have quit their jobs, unable to keep up with the pressures of combining homeschooling and work,’ says talent partner Rachel Gott, founder of Apple&Ink. ‘So we know the female talent fall out over the last year needs to be urgently addressed.’

Progressive companies joining the programme include Edelman, Adam&EveDDB, Wieden & Kennedy, Anomaly, Fishawack, VMLY&R, VMLY&RCommerce, Engine Group, MRMMcCann and WundermanThompson, with talent company Major Players supporting the returner selection process.

  • Lovely idea. I am Creative, as a Performing Arts Director, though not, sadly part of your remit. I gave up my career as both Actress and Director, in 1998 when my beautiful daughter had her brain Haemorrhage... many years later I went back to school by doing a Degree, MA and Teacher training as we became so poor... my daughter is now a Consultant and has just written a report for WHO, on the ' Mental Health and Wellbeing of Remote Workers' I am back Directing but have found, as an older woman, that many opportunities to join workshops within the Theatre sector, such as the Young Vic and the Round House have age block's as they are often only available to the 18-25 bracket... everyone assumes that if you are older you have already had lots of opportunities.
You are offering 30 Women is such a gift and you are incredible!
