Hey all, Does anyone have any ideas or advice on freelance roles in fashion? I'm interested in becoming a creative consultant or a similar freelance creative role. Any resources or advice is appreciated. I have a marketing and promotional background so fashion design isn't my area.

- For creative industries, it's all about meeting people! Get on LinkedIn and message people, make the most out of The Dots and Instagram. Even closed FB groups. When things startup post-COVID go to events. I would also say try keep all jobs (even day jobs to pay bills) fashion related - I am aware this can be difficult - just cos often it can lead to you meeting the right people. I found it easier to build my contacts up whilst working then turned to freelancing. It's super hard to just go freelance.There are awesome accounts on Insta to follow for general freelance things. My favourite is @thefreelancekit
