- Hey Teddy, I think events play a role as they allow you to hear lots of perspectives and the latest information in quite a fun way. However I'd also seek out information from people you admire/brands who seem to be getting it right. A lot of speeches at events are put on by the social media companies so they have different agendas to push. I do find the Later Media Blog (https://later.com/blog/) a pretty reliable source as well, hope that helps, Lex
