Hey guys, i'm looking for some guidance on my next creative career steps :)
It's been a few years where I've working in both public and private sector in digital and communications departments and personally. I've loved creating and executing campaigns London-wide and also for e-commerce businesses over the years to meet brand visions.
In November 2021 I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyspraxia and now have to find a career with my strengths:
Understanding verbal information
● Communication skills
● Problem-solving with visual information
● Understanding verbal information
● Phonemic decoding efficiency
● Reflective and insightful
● Hardworking and determined
I feel severely marginalised for career progression - firstly because I'm an ethnic minority and secondly that I have neurodiverse conditions. I have over 10 years of personal experience side-hustling as an artist and a designer.
I really hope someone can give some guidance here. If there is any agencies that look for ethnic minorities an neurodiverse people, please leave a comment.
Much appreciated
Faisal
