Hi, does anyone have experience with audiovisual translation (translation for dubbing), and have any advice or resources for beginners ?
I have experience with subtitling, translation, and video and sound editing, but no previous experience that combines translation and audiovisual content. I'm looking to do freelance translations of French to English for a Paris-based post-production company (I have a C1 level in French and am a native English speaker).
I downloaded the trial for VoiceQ Writer and signed up for a virtual zoom training session, and am trying to check out youtube for advice.
Basically if anyone knows any good resources, programs, random tips or advice, all and anything would be appreciated ! Thanks.

- By the nature of my work, I often come across translations. At first I tried to translate myself, but I realized that I would not achieve the desired result. And I decided to use the translator https://www.translate.com/english-italian It turns out it's quick and easy.
