Hi everyone, I need some guidance regarding the Instagram / Facebook shop tools. (More info bellow)
I'm currently in the process of opening an Instagram store. I have already set up a Facebook store (this part seemed quite straightforward). But now I can't seem to link my Profesionnal Instagram account as a sales channels on the Facebook platform. The following message doens't allow me to do so "Account has been onboarded to a different Commerce Manager"
If anyone has any idea on how to resolve this I would be very grateful.
