Hi, I'm looking to gain experience by assisting photographers either in-studio or on location. Does anyone have any opportunities?
Ideally looking for opportunites in and around London.

- Yeah i get you, with some studio assistant jobs you don’t need much experience as it’s not a photography based job, it’s more working in a photography studio, being around the right people doing mundane tasks. I can send you a few studios that take on people who aren’t very experienced if you want some help
- Hi @Ella Jacobs, thanks for the advice! I've been sending that sort of thing out but haven't had much luck so far. Think I'm in that awkward position where I haven't got enough experience to get experience. Probably just need to work a little more on my portfolio!
- Hiya, if you just email studios asking if they have any studio assistant positions available along with your cv and a cover letter, lots do have jobs if that’s something you would want.
- Hey Tony I might need some assitance some time soon. I'm planning to shoot on film as wel. Do you own a light meter or can you dowload an app for it.
