  • Black Lives Matter June 3rd ProtestIn light of the Death of George Floyd thousands of people took the street to protest. On June 3rd I went as part of a team of photographers to capture a momentous occasion. Here are some pictures that I look which highlight people in London saying "Black Lives Matter.   • PrequelI wrote a poem about being black in the Uk, in early may. For this poem I did some research about certain figures that influenced British culture in a huge way. I wanted to create a poem that looked back at the past, present and hopefully to a better future.
  • Brothers and SistersA poem about being black in the UK. I was commissioned on writing a poem about the dichotomy on blackness here in the UK, in early may. I wrote two here the first one.
  • Social DistancingA look at London in the times of Covid19 . Using and experimenting with Black and white as a form of expression. More work can be seen on instagram meodphotography.

  • Gloves and MasksDecided to take some pictures with some assistance , highlighting the current events. I’ve been working more on photoshop, creating this and a few more pictures that I’ll post on insta. @meodphotography . The idea of the shoot came at the need to stay creative. Self isolation can bring about so much boredom, there’s only so much Netflix you can watch, really.
