Hi new on here. Is there a way to search for specific people you know who might be on Dots?

- @Stuart Sepple You're right. I draw a line where it's absolutely necessary, and if I see there is a feature (either phone or on a website) that I don't use over time, I take some time to review and to hold back when I can. Not that I am paranoid, but on some platforms it served me well having way less ads than my friends
- @Sandrine Bascouert agree with you about the privacy and harvesting thing but am finding it increasingly difficult to function in a professional capacity without sharing ever more information. Both career and socially we are being pushed further along this path I fear.
- @Stuart Sepple I agree. On the other hand, I never share my contacts with social media platforms :) So I appreciate the "privacy" element of not wanting to harvest all your data nilly-willy :)
- @Sandrine Bascouert thanks for that seems to work but not as obvious as Linked.
- Hi Stuart! That's the thing I tried to do when I joined, and the only way I found was to go to the "Explore" tab (top of the screen), then "people" and then type their name in the search box. If they are on the dots they should show up. Same with companies.Hope it Helps!
