    Ideally for me would be to learn (from real-world examples) how to conduct website qualitative usability testing. I hope to adopt kind of framework on how to do it. From requiting the users to evaluate results in spreadsheets. I am aware of building hypothesis and A/B testings.
  • Agreed with Dominic. It depends on what you're working on and what problem you're solving for your customers. Looking at both qualitative and quantitative research is a good place to start.
