How can you create goals/business strategy when you are a new business without any previous insights or in a new field?

- I agree with Lex's comment about creative a five year plan. Where do you want to be in five years and work backwards. Review and adjust every year. You'll be surprised with how much you're able to achieve once you write it down on paper! Also, I recommend visiting the Business & IP Centre at the British Library (they have hubs all around the country). They can conduct market research on your behalf or provide mentorship. Much of the library service is free, so it's a fantastic resource when you're starting out. :-)Good luck. x
- Hey Rita,I would look at other business and breakdown their journeys step by step. You can then use this to start to outline the steps on the ladder, if that makes sense? You should also wrote down where you'd like your business/self to be 5years from now, and then work backwards from there to start to shape the journey.Hope that helps!Lex x
