How do I find creative photography work that’s not London-based? I’m based in the midlands and would love some advice.

- @Vanessa Fairfax-Woods no one specific as you are after work so more connections the better. When I first started my marketing was emailing every agency , work place and company with a follow up phone call or even just walking in if they had a shop. On top of that LinkedIn is amazing to connect and show case your work and tags . It snowballed from being persistent and consistent I can not stress that enough either. Obviously you need to be doing the work as well so make sure it’s a strong as it can be
- @Adam Hoskins thanks Adam. Anyone you recommend?
- Browse by location on Mad Cow Models website 😊 x
- I’m based in the midlands and not everything is in London! I pop down there a handful of times in the year but have enough work to keep me busy around here. Connections are everything, design agencies and so on . Got to get your foot in the door as such !
- Hi Vanessa, I've worked with @David Clarke - he does some exceptional photography, worth checking out his portfolio to see if you like his style. David is based in Bedford and is a great to work with
- theres some pretty good facebook groups you can get involved with, check out west midlands photgraphers and models facebook group and you can post and reach out to local models
- I'm pretty sure The Dots will become less London-centric in the future, in the meantime you can take a look at https://cherrydeck.com
