How do you get over Imposter Syndrome. I know it’s quite a common question now. But I’ve suffered with this for 10 years.

- Until you brewed your first cup of tea, you'd never done it before. Yet you would probably describe yourself as "someone who knows how to make tea" if anyone asked after you made that first cup. We are what we do. The book Atomic Habits by James Clear has a section where he discusses Imposter Syndrome, you might check it out. At the very least, remember that most of life is improvisation. Good luck and best wishes!

- Hi Boyowa,First of all, I'm sorry to hear you've been suffering from imposter syndrome for the last 10 years. I've heard that some individuals have it their entire lives sadly enough.Maybe there isn't an easy solution to shake it off. When I feel it surge up, I try to give it a place and not let the negative feelings of self doubt totally devour me.I think it's good to be able to talk about it with your peers and friends. Make a list of your strengths and achievements from the past few years and try to find joy and contentedness in what you've accomplished. And importantly don't be too hard on yourself, give yourself credit. Also knowing and accepting that perfection isn't possible. Comparing yourself to others or the things you see whiz by on socials isn't realistic, it's all been curated and embellished. Focus on yourself, your journey and your professional and personal growth.
- I've had it a lot longer but I just keep doing my own creative projects trying to out do myself and telling that doubting voice to STF up!
