How do you stay motivated and energized when working from home / remotely?
Looking for tips / opinion / stories / resources / links etc.

- @Charlotte Cox Of course I should have checked my message as I meant to write, WHO the World Health Organisation!
- Take regular breaks every 2 hours or so- even if it is only for 10 minutes. Do NOT skip lunch. When deadlines loom and you have to work into the night have a hot drink and something to eat (only small, a piece of chocolate or similar) at least every 2 hours. You have to never forget to be kind to yourself.
- Exercise works for me. And taking an hour break from the screen at lunchtime :)
- My daughter is currently advising WOH on what tool kits organisations could/should/need put in place and implement to protect the Mental Health and Wellbeing of Remote workers!
- Morning/lunchtime jog. Even if I can't finish a run its like meditation. I've used both Calm and headspace for meditation but still need to remind myself to keep it up! Listening to podcasts on walks too.
- i set an alarm for every hour to remind myself to rest my eyes / take a break. Sometimes I do some stretches too. I always take a lunchbreak & go for a walk (I have to anyway as do the school run!)
