For quite some time now I've asked myself "what makes a good day?" This question has become more important for me to figure out after the pandemic hit here in the U.S. I'm still searching for my answer to the question, and am interested in how you determine "what makes a good day?"   • Hi Eric, The trick is to prepare your day, based on a set of personal ingredients. So stick to your own short list and live by it and adjust it, based on your own expierences. Here's my daily list: Breakfast + Cycling (30km) + Create + Rest + Walk + Water + Sushi + Salad + Soup + Sing + Connect + Create + Laugh + Study + Meditate + Talk to a stranger
