- @Stew Calladine Thanks for the suggestion. I will take a look.
- @Andrea Mountaine Hope it goes well. Have you had a look at Paste? It's been developed by WeTransfer, you can create slideshows from templates and has a free version
- @Christopher Hunt Thanks!
- @Stew Calladine Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I can't have access to Indesign at the moment but I am now trying Canva.
- @Nicholas Castle Thank you!
- @Angela Meron Thanks very much!
- Download Adobe pdf reader, editor creator. You will never regret paying for it. 12/13 point size. People can enlarge it.
- If you have access to InDesign you can publish the portfolio online and just send the link to the portfolio (you'll also get some fun navigation tools with this option). Happy to guide you through. Text size I would go from 9-12pt for body copy (depending on the typeface), also go for a typeface that can be read easily.
- @Andrea Mountaine If you can't access InDesign (don't forget about the 30 day free trial though), you could try Canva, and I've actually seen some well finished projects in Google Slides – crazy but true! If you know your stuff, the tool is just another tool. Don't forget to save as a PDF, rather than share!
- Do you have access to Creative Cloud, at all? If so, you can do it via the Adobe Acrobat Compression option.Or you could try: https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf
- @Solène Constant Thanks for your reply. It's for sending online and downloading as well as printing. I know how to use Indesign but can't afford it at the moment. Do you know what the best free alternative for that on a Mac?
- Which software are you using? and best text size will depend on if it's a printed porfolio, or one seen on screen, as well as the font you use.
