I’m back home in Spain this week working remotely from my family home. Any top tips to navigate working with family members around?

  • I guess it depends on your family dynamic and how you work.
For eg, I tell my family only to knock on my door if they can hear music. If they can't it usually means I'm in a meeting and so they know not to disturb me or make any noise around my room. Or if you work specific hours, you could ask them not to disturb you within those hours.

If they're especially loud, as mine can be sometimes. It could be worth also telling them when you have extremely important meetings that you need quiet for or finding a more secluded part of the house. And perhaps worth investing in some headphones with a good microphone + noise blocking.

    Hopefully some of that helps
