I'm new to The Dots and trying to figure out how to make the most of it! Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm an Instagram Coach.
I work with interior designers, writers, photographers, coaches and creative types. How would I connect with those kind of people on here? Also I want to do this in a genuine way!

- Hello,I'm pretty new here too and trying to do the same. My suggestions so far would be to contribute and use the ask forum. One I haven't quite done yet, is have an updated profile with projects and information too, as it helps with making connections. Also, make the most of the events and try and connect with people either by sending a nice message and request or via the connect section.Hope this helps a little :)
- @Annie King I watched it live. I’ve tried looking for a link to a recording but can’t seem to find anything. You could message the founder of The Dots Pip?
- @Nic Pearce how do you access the talk?
- @Nic Pearce fabulous!! that's a great idea! I'll see if I can find it x
- I watched the online webinar of the Dots creator Pip, which was incredibly helpful. It was recorded so you can access it!
- @Alissa Colville Hi Alissa!! I think your account looks really good! There are loads more things you could do to demonstrate your skills and expertise and personality! I'll dm you some links.
- Hi Katya, I hope you don’t mind me saying so but I would be curious what you think of my instagram: @alissacolville. Let me know, cheers!
- @Pip Jamieson thanks Pip! That's really useful feedback! I'm going to browse those links x

- @Abby Sadler yes I know what you mean!! I'm going to see if I can ask more questions as it feels like it could be a nice way to genuinely connect with people!
- @katya willems I don't right now, but I do plan on using it more once I have more work/projects to show and circulate (if you know what I mean?) When I next need feedback on something, I will definitely use it.
- @Abby Sadler thank you so much!! that sounds like a good and simple starting point! Do you use this questions tool much?
- Hi Katya,Welcome to the Dots!1. Sounds super basic I know, but just follow the suggested steps it gives you whenever you login.2. Use the "Explore" option on the top toolbar, there you can search for new people to connect with, and maybe send them a personal message too.Hope that helps,Abby x
