Education: I hold MA in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and eMBA in Strategic Management. I speak English, French, Latvian & Russian and I still love learning new things: eg in 2020 I received PMP Certificate; in 2019 completed UN - The fight Against Corruption Course and confirmed my C2 English Language Certificate.

Experience: I believe that my experience with Project Management & Business Development, specifically in the Banking, Financial Services and Cross-Industries/Departments programs, makes me special. My experience includes execution of business strategy, maximisation of organisational value, enhancing of decision making process, managing organisational changes, identification and mapping business strengths and customer needs; fostering and developing relationships with customers/clients, seeking out the appropriate contact in organisations; generating leads and cold calling prospective customers; meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.

Long-term potential. I Would like to build long lasting relationships with the employer & grow together.

I enjoy taking initiative, convey a true team spirit and illustrate that I am are not someone who simply meets the criteria of a job description, but the one who goes above and beyond what is required to help the business succeed.
