Is linked in good for finding jobs? Has it worked for any of you in getting hired or finding talent

  • Hey!

I think the same applies to all networking platforms - you get out what you put in.

If you spend a little time finding good quality connections relevant to your work, you are more likely to convert them into clients. I've never had much success with mass emails.

Try to set aside a set amount of time to keep in touch with connections - I had work from contacts made in Linkedin. I haven't had jobs from Dots yet, but I have had legitimate business enquiries.

    Best of luck!
  • It can be! A lot of talent partner's and recruiters as a way to find talent and it is where they post their jobs, but id you're going for more hands on creative work The Dots seems to be the place to me. Definitely worth having a profile on both. Good luck!
